I think this has to be my favourite campsite at the moment. Located not too far from Beadnell and Seahouses, Dunstan Hill is a well run Camping and Caravaning Club site, a short walk from the beach (about half a mile along footpaths, through fields), and has always been a quiet place every time I've visited, despite how many pitches are in use. Nearest pub is about a 15 minute walk where good food is also served. Maybe a little isolated without a car, but the isolation is part of the joy of it. |
